Meet the mystical Thunder. Thunder and his sister Storm were found in someone’s backyard in the fall. The good samaritan took them in and took care of them until they could find a rescue. They are currently five months old estimated to have been born 8/19/2020. Thunder and Storm currently live in a foster home with cats and dogs and do well with both. They have not been exposed to many people but they are being worked with by foster mom. When they are in their crate for meal time they get lots of loving and pets. But outside of the crate they are not quite as trusting yet. With the help of some shredded chicken they are coming along. They both willingly come to the crate as foster mom brings their food. Thunder has even played with wand toys with foster mom as well as just with her hand. He is even a talker, especially for food. They both will come within a foot of you outside of the crate but if you reach for them the retreat. They have made great progress but their new home will need to continue working with them. There is no doubt they will be able to acclimate to another home and learn to trust. They are very bonded so we would like to keep them together. They are both spayed/neutered, FIV/FeLV negative, been dewormed, had the distemper vaccines and rabies vaccine. The adoption fee for both is $150.
